Help with used cat purchase

been lurking on the board a few times first post. Great forum Patrick thanks for putting a great resource together, hopefully, some are still checking out the threads during their off season!
At any rate, we're a small mountain 8 slopes, 500 vert and almost completely man-made snow. We have always purchased older used cats. We had a challenge with a potential purchase of a Prinoth Bison and are now looking at a PB400 (1900 hrs, new tiller, fully serviced) that we may have the opportunity to buy. We've never been able to afford anything with so few hours and are hopeful that it will work out, but my simple question is: knowing what a new machine costs, what is a reasonable amount for something in great shape with this many hours? We don't know if the price being offered is decent.
